3. Twitter or Facebook account (for best results both)
4. And finally register with traffic exchange site (I do recommend Hitleap) Register here 

When all 4 steps completed start looking for interesting things on the internet. When you find something, copy the address, make it a paid link and start posting this links to Facebook and Twitter.
Put the paid links into HitLeap and start the traffic exchange software.
